The EasiPC helpdesk offers complete ITIL and FITS standard support for your Curriculum, EasiServ and Admin server. Through our RM Premier Support Partnership we are also able to offer full Community Connect support.
SIM's & FMS Support
EasiPC offer a dedicated SIM’s & FMS service desk operating during office hours, in term time and through the school holidays. Your support calls are able to raised by phone, online or email. Support will be dealt with by our partners trained and experienced staff within the terms of a Service Level Agreement.
The Complete Package
Working in parallel with your onsite support, our Helpdesk provides cover for your school outside of scheduled technician time. The helpdesk is able to liaise with your technician to keep them update with ongoing issues and offer technical assistance when they are onsite.
